Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Jonathon ‘Jay’ Skutt enlisted in the Marine Corps at 17. As a Marine, he traveled around the United States and abroad as an Artilleryman for 14 years. Although the corps had served Jay well, it was time for him to pursue other passions. After being stationed at Camp Lejeune in April of 1992, Jay knew Eastern North Carolina was the perfect place to put down roots.

Jay began selling real estate right here in Onslow County in 2013. He has used his experience as a Marine to provide invaluable knowledge to active-duty families, retired service members, and locals in the area with exceptional service.

Being a married father of three, and coming from a military background, Jay understands the challenges of having to relocate often and the struggle of finding a home in an unfamiliar area.
