As a native of Onslow County Johanna has been able to enjoy her greatest accomplishment, her 3 grown children. She has experienced the growth and changes throughout the Coastal Carolina area and is excited about the direction Onslow County has taken. Her father was a career Marine and her mother a Sneads Ferry native so she prides herself on understanding the unique needs of a military family with the heart and knowledge of a local.

After working in the real estate industry since 2002 and spending 13 years in a support role Johanna decided to pursue her dream of getting out of the office and working with clients. This allows her to share her knowledge of real estate and assist her clients as they pursue their own dreams of finding their homes. A wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to buying, selling, investing, or renting real estate is what she enjoys sharing with her fellow REALTORS and clients.

In addition to Johanna's North Carolina real estate broker’s license, she has acquired her Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR) and has been certified as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource to better serve her clients. Johanna takes pride in working hard in all that she does and has built a reputation of being friendly, outgoing with positive energy, and a can-do attitude.
