Mary has been in the Mortgage industry since 2001 as a Processor, a Processing Trainer, an Assistant to the Sales Manager, and finally a Mortgage Loan Originator. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Elementary Education.

In the summer of 2022 Mary began assisting her husband in his real estate investment business in an admin role. It was during this time that she decided she wanted to further expand her role in real estate and within the business and she earned her real estate license.

​

Mary is a native to Eastern North Carolina having grown up in Wilmington. In 2014 she moved to Jacksonville and in January of 2023 settled in Emerald Isle. She has a vast familiarity with this region and is well-versed in the VA language and military lifestyle.

When Mary isn’t helping her clients find their dream homes or sell their properties, she is spending time with her family. She has a passion for cooking and entertaining and loves snuggling with her two pups, Winston and Charlie. Her most notable accomplishment in life is being a mom to her son, Will, and her daughter, Savannah. Mary and her family love the beach, boating, and living the island life. They especially love their family getaways to their most favorite place in the world, Bald Head Island.
